How do I get access to Belk College Printers from a Lab, Multi-User, or Podium computer? - Azure Computers Only

Important: These instructions only apply to computers where you log in using your full email username (username@charlotte.edu).


Getting Started

  1. Log in to lab, multi-user, or podium computer as usual.
  2. Open the Start menu
  3. At the top of the Start menu, click the All > button.
  4. Scroll through the All apps list until you find Company Portal. Click to open it. 
  5. When prompted, sign in to the Company Portal application.
  6. After you’ve logged in, to add printers or want to check which printers are already installed, follow the instructions here:  https://services.help.charlotte.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=4291 . Look for Friday_Mailroom for the printers in Friday 228.
