Important: These instructions only apply to computers where you log in using your full email username (username@charlotte.edu).
Getting Started
- Log in to lab, multi-user, or podium computer as usual.
- Open the Start menu
- At the top of the Start menu, click the All > button.
- Scroll through the All apps list until you find Company Portal. Click to open it.

- When prompted, sign in to the Company Portal application.

After you’ve logged in, to add printers or want to check which printers are already installed, follow the instructions here: https://services.help.charlotte.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=4291 . Look for Friday_Mailroom for the printers in Friday 228.
