To view your completed performance appraisal in NinerTalent STAKES, follow these steps:
1. Log in to
NinerTalent STAKES.
2. On the left-hand menu, click "My Reviews."
3. On the “My Reviews” page, locate the “Program” section on the left.
4. Click the “All Programs” dropdown and select the appropriate program (e.g., 2024-2025 SHRA Performance Plan/Appraisal).
5. Once filtered, click on the program name to open it.
6. You will see the overview of the entire performance cycle. Under the Task section, click “Employee Acknowledges Appraisal” to review your appraisal.
