How do I search for imaging documents in Experience?

  1. To get started, go to imaging.charlotte.edu from any browser

  2. The Login screen will display, as shown below:

  3. Enter your NinerNET credentials and click the Log In button

  4. Once logged into the application, a screen will display all the Experience Content Apps on the main Home page

  5. Click on the Documents Content App from the main Home page

  6. Once in the Documents view, a screen will display all VIEWS that you have access to on the left navigation panel 
  7. Select the appropriate item from the Documents view list

  8. Click in the search box and the Add Constraint section will display, as shown below:search box
     
  9. Specify your search criteria in the Add Constraint section

    1. Select the appropriate item (e.g. Faculty ID, Faculty Name, Document Type) from in the drop-down list
      Note: There is a Name field in the imaging system that contains a system-generated identifying number

    2. Change the operator parameter (i.e. how to search) from the drop-down list (examples: starts with, greater than, and is equal to)

    3. Enter in the appropriate information in the text box area such as the Faculty Name (format: Last name, First name, MI)

    4. Click the Add button to add the criteria to your search

  10. Click the Search button Search buttonand a list of documents meeting the criteria you added will display, as shown below: list of documents

  11. To view a document, click the appropriate line item
     
  12. Once the document is open, you can export, print or email it using these icons export, print or email and save icons 
  13. Press the back button ack button to exit the document and return to the previous list

workflow iconindicates the document is being processed in workflow; otherwise, the document has already been processed 

hold iconindicates the document is on hold and the departmental specialists are awaiting additional information to process
