How do I attach supporting documentation using Experience?

 

  1. To get started, go to imaging.charlotte.edu from any browser
     
  2. The Login screen will display, as shown below:

  3. Enter your NinerNET credentials and click the Log In button

  4. Once logged into the application, a screen will display all Experience Content Apps on the main Home page Home page icon

  5. Click on the Documents Content App from the Home screen

  6. Once in Documents, select the appropriate DOCUMENT VIEW from the left navigation panel
  7. A list of documents will display, as shown below:

  8. To view a document, click on the appropriate line item

  9. To attach supporting documentation:

    1. Click on the Add Page Add Page icon icon and then select the Add after Page or Add before page option to upload into the document as an additional page

    2. A Source window will display, as shown below; double-click the File source:

    3. A Browse button will display within the window, as shown below, click it or drag and drop your files into this section

    4. Find your supporting documentation within the Browse window, and select the Open button to attach
       
    5. Click the Done button and a message stating the file was successfully captured will briefly display
       
    6. Click the Save Save iconicon to save the changes
       
    7. Click the Next Page Next page icon icon located at the bottom of the screen to view your attachment
  10. Click the back button Click the back button iconto exit the document and return to the previous list
