If experiencing this error, you most likely do not have a Taskstream account. One can be created for you by filing a help ticket at help.charlotte.edu, or by emailing taskstream@charlotte.edu and requesting one. Do not purchase your own license.
After you have received confirmation that you have been assigned a license, navigating to https://taskstream.charlotte.edu will present you with the NinerNet login portal.
