How do I recall a form in the imaging system?

On some forms, if you need to save a draft of your form submission for later or frequent use, you may do so by using the Save As Draft feature.

  1. After completing the e-Form, click the Save As Draft button Save As Draft Buttonlocated at the bottom of the form (instead of Submit)

  2. A Form Submission Confirmation window will display

  3. To retrieve a draft or other form previously submitted by you, click the Recall Document button Recall Document at the top right corner of the screen

  4. Click the Recall button for the document you want to retrieve from the My Documents tab
  5. Modify form as necessary, then click the Submit button

 

Note: You can click the Search Documents tab to search by Initiator or Document ID.
