Self Service
and install the
Windows App
Open the

click the “+” icon, and select
Add PC
Enter the hostname (computer name) and click Add
NOTE:
The RDP request ticket should contain the hostname information. For Azure-joined machines, enter AzureAD\username@charlotte.edu
Connect to VPN, then hover over the top-right corner of the saved PC, click the three dots, and click
Connect
Enter your NinerNET password
