How do I connect a Mac computer to a Windows computer?

NOTE:  Make sure the RDP connection has been granted before attempting to connect.  See this FAQ
  1. On the Mac, open Self Service and install the Windows App
  2. Open the Windows App, click the “+” icon, and select Add PC

  3. Enter the hostname (computer name) and click Add
    NOTE:  The RDP request ticket should contain the hostname information.  For Azure-joined machines, enter AzureAD\username@charlotte.edu

  4. Connect to VPN, then hover over the top-right corner of the saved PC, click the three dots, and click Connect

  5. Enter your NinerNET password
