How do I log into my Microsoft 365 account?

Microsoft 365 and Azure for Student accounts require the use of Duo.

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 webpage at office365.charlotte.edu
  2. Enter your NinerNET Email Address and click Next
    Note: use your username@charlotte.edu email address. NOTE: Do not use your @uncc.edu credentials, it won't work. You will get an error message that says the @uncc.edu account is blocked. If this happens, open a private/incognito browser window and log in using @charlotte.edu.

  3. Select Work or school account (if prompted)

  4. Enter your NinerNET password and click Sign in

  5. You will prompted to authenticate by Duo - select your preferred authentication method

  6. For public use computers click No
    sign in
  7. You will now be redirected to the Microsoft Portal screen to access your services
