How do I turn off Dark Mode in Microsoft 365 Word?

To change your Office Theme in your Account settings for Word:
  1. From the File menu, select Account.
  2. Under Office Theme, select Use system setting from the drop down menu.

  3. This will change the theme to familiar default settings.
