With the update to Microsoft 365 for desktop applications on your University computer, you will not need to manually log in to your Microsoft account.
Your account will be automatically signed in as part of the log in and start up processes for your University computer for Windows devices. Mac devices will not be impacted by this change.
Your experience will be similar to using Microsoft Office 2019 applications.
However, if you have downloaded Microsoft 365 for use on your personal computer, you will still need to log in on your personal device.
