You have access to the Microsoft Office suite of software for 30 days after your charlotte.edu email account becomes disabled
UNC Charlotte students maintain their @
charlotte.edu
email accounts for two consecutive semesters after having registered for courses
Most staff lose access to their @charlotte.edu email accounts as soon as they leave the institution; full time faculty retain access for ~150 days, part-time faculty retain access for ~1 year, retired faculty granted emeritus status retain their accounts indefinitely, but will not be able to install the software on personal computers.
If you wish to continue to use the software, you can choose to purchase a subscription service directly from Microsoft
