How do I access my OneDrive?

GENERAL INFO:

  • Accounts are automatically created in Microsoft 365 for UNC Charlotte faculty, staff, and students. 
  • Generic accounts are not provisioned in OneDrive because they aren't "people".
  • OneDrive account are active as long as the users account is active.  
  • Microsoft OneDrive is partially supported by the Office of OneIT. If you have questions about your OneDrive account, please submit a support ticket request.

To access your UNC Charlotte OneDrive:

  1. Go to https://onedrive.live.com/login
  2. Enter your UNC Charlotte email address and click Next
    Enter email address
  3. Click Work or school account
  4. Enter your UNC Charlotte NinerNET password and click Sign in
  5. Click Yes
    Click Yes
  6. Select OneDrive
    OneDrive icon
