Who do I contact for printer repairs for university equipment?

OneIT does not provide printer hardware repair

  1. If the printer breaks, and the department has a maintenance contract with the vendor, contact the vendor
  2. If a Ricoh printer breaks, contact the Ricoh number on the printer. Departments will be charged for time and materials
  3. For other printer models, contact a printer partner: 
    DoveTech@doveprintsolutions.com OR Premier Technology Group, info@premiertechgroup.com
    1. Include device asset tag or serial number, make and model, location of device, contact information and provide a brief description of the device issue
