Are files saved on the C: drive or local hard drive backed up automatically?

  1. No, files stored on your local hard drive or C: drive are not backed up automatically.  In the event of a hardware issue your files may be lost.  You can backup your files to a USB drive, Google Drive or Dropbox.  
  2. Files saved in the cloud solutions using Google Drive and Dropbox are available anywhere with Internet access.
