What should I do if I receive a 802.1x network certificate notification on my university managed MAC?

  1. If you are prompted with the network certificate notification requesting for an Account Name and Password shown below, press cancel. This window should not prompt agaienter account name screenshot
  2. If you are prompted with the network certificate notification below, choose Select a certificate.
    Choose show certificate at the prompt
  3. Find and select the computer name and click ok. 

  4. select computer name and click ok
