How do I download and install the UNC Charlotte VPN on my personal computer?

The VPN download site does not work with Firefox browsers.  Please revisit vpn.charlotte.edu from Edge, Chrome or Safari.

NOTE:  University managed computers will have the VPN client installed by default.

Download using Windows

Download using Mac
  1. Go to vpn.charlotte.edu
  2. Log in with your NinerNET credentials
  3. Select your Operating System

  4. Open the downloaded file and click and then click Next.

   5. Select the radio button to accept the terms and then click Next.

   6.Click Install.

   7. Once installation is complete, click Finish

  4. Open the downloaded file and click the anyconnect image and then click Continue.

   5. Click Agree to accept the terms and then click Continue.

   7. Once installation is complete, click Finish

      Click finish
