How do I download and install the UNC Charlotte VPN on my mobile device?

Android iOS

  1. Download and install the Cisco AnyConnect app from the Google Play Store

  2. Open the AnyConnect app

  3. Click the Connections section

  4. Click Add New VPN Connection

  5. Set the following settings

    1. Description: UNCC
    2. Server Address: vpn.uncc.edu
  6. Click Done
  7. The UNCC connection should now be selected
  8. Click the Off/On toggle beside AnyConnect VPN

  9. Login to the standard UNC Charlotte login screen

  10. You should now be connected to the UNC Charlotte VPN

  1. Download and install the Cisco AnyConnect app from the Apple AppStore

  2. Open the AnyConnect app

  3. Click the Connections section

  4. Click Add VPN Connection

  5. Set the following settings

    1. Description: UNCC
    2. Server Address: vpn.uncc.edu
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Allow
  8. Enter your device passcode
  9. Click the Off/On toggle beside AnyConnect VPN

  10. Login to the standard UNC Charlotte login screen

  11. You should now be connected to the UNC Charlotte VPN
