How do I log into eduroam wireless on my computer?

NOTE:  When on the UNC Charlotte campus, you can enter either your NinerNET username or your full username@charlotte.edu as your eduroam username. Eduroam wireless network authentication will only accept @charlotte.edu credentials and no longer accept @uncc.edu credentials
When you are at another institution, you must use your full username@charlotte.edu as your eduroam username; do not use your uncc.edu email address.
Windows 11 macOSX
  1. Log onto your computer
  2. Open the Networks window by clicking on the wireless icon
  3. Click on the eduroam network, check the Connect automatically box and click Connect
  4. Enter your NinerNET credentials (see note above about username or username@charlotte.edu) and click OK
     
  5. If prompted to verify that you want to connect to eduroam, click Continue
  6. You are now connected to the eduroam wireless network
  1. Log onto your computer
  2. Open the available wireless networks window by clicking on the wireless icon
  3. Click on the eduroam network
  4. Enter your NinerNET credentials (see note above about username or username@charlotte.edu) and click Join
     
  5. You are now connected to the eduroam wireless network
