Why am I getting a connection error for eduroam wireless on my Windows computer?

After resetting your NinerNET password, you may experience connection issues with eduroam.  Select the wireless icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen (near the clock) to bring up the network selection menu

  1. Select Network Settings
  2. In the Network Settings window, make sure Wireless is turned on and then select Manage Wi-Fi Settings
  3. Select eduroam, then click Forget
  4. Repeat the process of connecting to Eduroam wireless
