How do I access my H/S/J drives from off campus using a university computer?

  1. Connect to the VPN
  2. Your H/S/J drives will be mapped but will have a Red X on them.
  3. Click on the Red X and the drive will mount and you will have access to your files.
  4. Access your H/S/J drives as you normally would.  
  5. If your H/S/J drive is not mapped/mounted, click the below FAQ 
Effective February 2025, H: drives will no longer be provisioned for new staff and faculty. New staff and faculty have access to Google Drive for cloud-based storage.
