Do I need to use Duo every time I login?

  1. Yes, but you can identify the computer you are using is a trusted device allowing the Duo prompt to be bypassed for 30 days.
    1. Protect your data: do not use this option on public or shared computers. In particular, this option will not work on classroom podiums since they are shared computers.
    2. Click the Yes, this is my device

      Opting to remember this browser on your device sets a cookie which allows bypassing two-factor authentication from that browser for 30 days.
    3. When the remembered device cookie expires, the Duo prompt will automatically show Remember me as an enabled option

    4. A successful Duo authentication will remember the device for another 30 days.
