How do I login to Duo if I don't have access to any of my devices?

  1. If you don't have access to the device you normally use for Duo authentication and do not have a secondary method set up, you can use the Get Duo Code page to generate a Duo passcode. 
  2. If you do not have your physical UNC Charlotte ID card, or have any other issues using the Get Duo Code page, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk.

NOTE:  It's a good idea to set up at least 2 methods for Duo authentication; for example - a cell phone and a land line or tablet. This allows you to still access your Duo account and services if your primary option is unavailable.
