How do I fix a permissions error when adding a Zoom meeting when scheduling for another person?

This FAQ is to resolve the following error when adding Zoom meeting details when scheduling for another person:

Zoom Scheduling Permissions

  1. If not already open, open the Add-on sidebar while in Google Calendar (click left pointing arrow in the bottom right of Google Calendar)
  2. Click the Zoom for G Suite icon
    Zoom for G Suite
  3. Click the 3 Dots menu, then Sign Out

  4. Click Sign-In in the sidebar - if prompted, enter your NinerNET username and password
  5. A pop-up will appear to re-authorize the app
  6. Click the "Allow this App to access my shared permissions" checkbox
  7. Complete the re-authorization process and attempt to schedule again
