Log in to my.charlotte.edu using your NinerNet Username and password
- Click the Self Service icon from the Quick Links menu (this icon will reflect your role: Employee Self Service, Faculty Self Service, Student Self Service)

- Select the Four-square menu icon
and click Banner > Personal Information > Personal Information Dashboard. 

- Edit existing address information by clicking on the pencil icon below the information or add new information by clicking the plus sign.


Note: Address line 3 is only visible when editing the Campus Work address. You will not see address line 3 in the Address section of the Personal Information dashboard. It is important to include address line 3 when updating your campus work address as reporting used by Charlotte Mail & Packaging team will include address line 3 information.

Address Line 1: UNC Charlotte
Address Line 2: Division / Department name (include Division Name and Department Name)
Address Line 3: Office location (include Building Name and Office Number)
Note: For employees that are fully remote or do not have a designated office space include the building name of your department's primary location in address line 3.
