How do I update my campus address in Banner?

An accurate and detailed campus work address will ensure faculty & staff receive university mail and packages timely.  Note the standard format for campus work address at the bottom of these instructions.
  1. Log in to my.charlotte.edu using your NinerNet Username and password

  2. Click the Self Service icon from the Quick Links menu (this icon will reflect your role: Employee Self Service, Faculty Self Service, Student Self Service)
  3. Select the Four-square menu icon and click Banner > Personal Information > Personal Information Dashboard.        
  4. Edit existing address information by clicking on the pencil icon below the information or add new information by clicking the plus sign.         

Note: Address line 3 is only visible when editing the Campus Work address.  You will not see address line 3 in the Address section of the Personal Information dashboard.   It is important to include address line 3 when updating your campus work address as reporting used by Charlotte Mail & Packaging team will include address line 3 information.    

For further clarification on how to format the address, see below.

Address Line 1: UNC Charlotte
Address Line 2: Division / Department name   
 (include Division Name and Department Name)
Address Line 3: Office location                            (include Building Name and Office Number)

Note:  For employees that are fully remote or do not have a designated office space include the building name of your department's primary location in address line 3.
