How do I login to the Zoom desktop client or mobile app?

On July 1st, login information for Zoom will change to charlotte-edu.zoom.us from uncc.zoom.us. 
  1. UNC Charlotte Zoom accounts can only be logged into using Single Sign On - the authentication method used to login to Gmail, Canvas or my.charlotte.edu
  2. Open the Zoom application
  3. When signing into the deskop client or mobile app, select Sign In with SSO

  4. Enter charlotte-edu.zoom.us;

  5. You will be redirected to the University Single Sign On login - enter your NinerNET credentials
  6. When logged in you will see this landing page
Please note: if you don't enter the correct domain name you will receive an error message.
