How do students join a Zoom meeting from a Canvas course?

  1. Access your Canvas course
  2. In the left course navigation, click the Zoom link
  3. Click Join for the meeting you want to attend
  4. If you instructor has started the meeting, the Zoom window is displayed
  5. If your instructor has not started the meeting yet:
     a. An informational dialog box is displayed
     b. While you are waiting, you can check your audio setting by clicking Test Computer Audio
            
    c. The Audio Settings dialog box is displayed and you can test your speaker and headphones
              
    d. When you are finished testing, close the dialog box
    e. The Zoom window will be displayed when your instructor starts the meeting
