What Zoom waiting room options are available?

To turn on the waiting room in Zoom...

1. Login to zoom.charlotte.edu
2. From the left menu, click Settings
3. Under the Security section, toggle Waiting Room ON (to the right as pictured)
   

There are a number of additional waiting room options that can be enabled...

1. Under the Waiting Room toggle, there is a Waiting Room Options section - click Edit Options
2. Waiting Room Options include:
        a. Who should go in the waiting room?
               i. Choice between everyone and those not in the UNC Charlotte Zoom instance
        b. Who can admit participants from the waiting room?
        c. If the host and co-host are not present or if they lose connection during a meeting
3. You can also modify the messages that participants see in the waiting room by clicking Customize Waiting Room
