How do I check my Zoom cloud recording storage?

Warning

Individual Zoom accounts do not have a recording limit, but the entire University has a limit on the total size of all recordings in the system.

To manage the total storage size of cloud recordings...

  • Cloud recordings will be automatically deleted (moved to Trash) after a set amount of time...
    • Faculty & Staff cloud recordings will be deleted after 30 days
    • Student cloud recordings will be deleted after 14 days
  • Cloud recordings will be permanently deleted from Trash after an additional 30 days 
  1. Login to Zoom
  2. Click Recordings on the left hand side
  3. Click Cloud Recordings
  4. You will see a list of your recordings.
          a. Click the Share button to manage sharing of the recording
          b. Click the More button to download or delete the recording
  5. Click Trash to see meetings that have been automatically deleted
