         a. It is always available and you don't have to schedule it
         b. It can be useful for recurring, ad hoc collaboration
         c.  Attendees can easily join you using your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) which does not change

Anyone you share your personal meeting information with can join the meeting unless you lock the room. Be aware of this when scheduling back to back meetings.
