- Welcome message and portal training link moved to the top left. The Charlotte image is smaller to provide visibility to Announcements and Action Items located at the bottom of the Welcome Page.
2. New buttons for one click access to learning and more.
- Assigned Training shows your training assignments. The red triangle alert indicates you have an active training assignment.
- Your Transcript is one click access to your learner transcript where you can view your Active and Completed training.
- Browse Training is one click access to your Learner Home where you can view your personal training page and browse for training opportunities.
- Events Calendar is a calendar view of scheduled instructor-led training (ILT) sessions.
- Spotlight Learning (coming soon) is one click access to UNC Charlotte training programs specific to students, faculty and staff.
- Get Help provides access to Charlotte FAQs for the Learning and Development Portal.
3. Announcements will provide timely training updates for learners. The Announcements section will be blank when there are no current announcements for students, faculty and staff.
4. Your Action Items provide a list of your training actions. Click the training title for one click access to Launch online learning, Open a training or View details for your instructor-led training registrations.
5. Use the Menu bar: Home and Learning (top left) to navigate the Learning & Development Portal.
- Home menu includes access to the Welcome Page and Universal Profile. Click menu Home > Welcome Page to return to the Welcome Page from any page in the Learning & Development Portal.
- Learning menu includes access to Learner Home, Playlists, View your Transcript, Events Calendar and Interests and Waitlists.
6. Global Search is located in the upper right corner. Use this search box to search for training.
7. Log Out of the Learning & Development Portal by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and choosing Log Out
