Can I request a physical phone after the migration to Zoom phone?

Yes, you can request it but there are no guarantees the request will be approved. Requests will be submitted to Provost and Vice Chancellors for approval. 

  • Submit a service desk ticket to Request a Physical Phone for Existing Line
  • Approved physical phones will be provisioned at no cost until Sept. 1st, 2024; starting Sept.1st, if a physical phone is required, departments will need to purchase a new Yealink phone.
