How do I purchase a physical phone to work with Zoom phone?

Starting September 1, 2024, departments will need to purchase a physical phone through 49erMart.
- Note: existing Cisco phones owned by the department that have already been configured for Zoom can be re-assigned. For example, if a Cisco physical phone user in the department leaves the university and the replacement hire would like to use the existing Zoom-configured physical phone in the office
Once the physical phone is received, the department will need to put in a Physical Phone request to get the phone configured and installed through OneIT
Departments must purchase a Yealink T58W Pro 7" Digital phone to work with Zoom phone.
- It is not necessary to get the camera option with the physical phone
- NOTE: if a department purchases a different model phone, it will not be used.
Several suppliers provide this physical phone through 49erMart including CDW-G, GovConnection and Amazon for Business.
