To request a new Zoom phone extension, please submit a ticket to the Service Desk via the New Line Request button to the right or by following the steps below:
- Go to the service catalog and click Create a Ticket.
- Login with your NinerNET credentials
- When the form opens up, choose New Line Request from the dropdown box.
- A new Zoom softphone extension will be set up within 2-3 business days.
- New requests for physical phones must be approved, will incur a fee for the installation and hardware and may take several weeks to process.
