Refunds may be available for pages that are unacceptable due to printer or system error, system failure or poor print quality. See this FAQ for details.

REPROS will retain the unacceptable pages whenever possible, so please do not discard your damaged output.
Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to process and appear as a credit on your 49er Account.
Cash refunds will not be made. A credit will be made to the 49er Account for the amount of the refund.
