BE ADVISED
- Supervisors may request access to a former employee's Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Dropbox data. Access will be granted for a default of 30 days. For more details, see this FAQ.
- Did you know that if you use Shared drives, Drive transfers are not needed. Consider transitioning to them for departmental storage - see these FAQ.
- This form does not address access to specific systems (eg Banner, WebFocus) . If access to systems need to be changed, separate, specific requests should be submitted.
